A UK property data company providing commercial real estate (CRE) market intelligence to institutional investors, developers, and occupiers needed to build a CRE data platform -- aggregating data from HMLR Commercial (commercial property transactions), CoStar (commercial property database), EPC Register (commercial EPCs), HMRC SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax filings), and Planning Portal (planning applications). RICS Data Standards, FCA MAR (Market Abuse Regulation UK -- institutional investors using CRE data are FCA regulated), UK GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, WCAG 2.1 AA. Budget GBP130,000.
